Unplug Machine a.s.a.p. Don't turn Neptune ON before removing the upper control board and cutting Q6 (make sure cut leads can't touch!) and R11 out to prevent any more damage. Try machine to see if the water will fill. If no water, your board suffered more damage than usual and you will have to replace control board which I can list for you on Ebay. Send me an email via Ebay's contact seller link. To Bypass Spin enable switch (only after you removed Q6 and R11) while you wait for your repair kit simply jamb some cardboard in the right microswitch (red & yellow wires) in the door latch assembly to keep switch fully pressed in. Keep in mind that the Neptune will not stop at the end of cycle when bypassed and will need to be turned off manually. Some soldering is required to replace R11 and Q6. If you can’t solder find someone who can… and save some money. You are going to need a new circuit board anyway unless you can repair it yourself so what do you have to lose?  You can take control board and repair kit to a television repair center and they can replace R11/Q6 for you. Purchasers need a working email account, as my latest report will be sent to you electronically to the email that is on record at Paypal. The remaining repair kit will be sent via how you select. Please add your phone number in the notes section when checking out with Paypal to get your courtesy call. I also provide the Neptune bearing & seal kit for those Neptunes that sound like a jet taking off in high speed spin cycle. This way you don't have to replace the outer tub which now runs $500 or so. Check out my other items for more information.    Following is the Neptune teardown procedure: (note: place mouse over picture to read text) T Now it's time to tackle the upper control board...     Simply reverse these teardown procedures after you change out the wax motor and operate on the control board.           Below is the upper control board before and after R11 and Q6 was replaced and the back side. Notice how the R11 leads were used to connect to the next available connection because of copper track damage?           Check out my other items!      Thank you for looking and I look forward to serving you!
